Forum: Benzodiazpeines

Discussion of the Benzodizepine Class of medications. Which primarily agonizes the GABA receptors (anxiety relief) But has seizure properties as well. Examples: Alprazolam (Xanax) , Diazepam (Valium), clonazepam (Klonopoin), Lorazepam (Ativan) and so forth. Even the Z- drugs are weak benzo's.. ie: Zolpidem Tartrate (Ambien)
