Tapentadol, what are your opinions?

Hey everyone new guy MS13!! here, (gotta ask Westend to remove the !!).

Previously I have taken high doses of various opioids so I am definitely not "opioid naïve" and despite years of not taking or at low doses my tolerance still seems higher than others and goes up fast when I use a larger amount...

Its been years since I took high doses and currently am only prescribed 15mg *** daily since I stopped responding to Tram.
I actually take up to 25 or 30 in a day then suffer for a bit because Ill run out.
I am looking around at different options and have several vendors in mind who sell *** and morph but its all pretty expensive!
(input appreciated I have a short list of possibilities after doing the work here)

Im Not trying to be lazy and just ask for everything, but have read all there is on these vendors and just looking for recent feedback etc... (very thankful for any help and direction!)

I have never taken Tap and looked it up on the equianalgesic chart, it seems like at 200mg which is pretty inexpensive its @ equal to 80mg morph or 55mg ***, which would be plenty strong for me! At $2 each it seems too good to be true!

What experience do you guys who have tolerance to PK have with Tap? Does it feel "itchy and dirty" like codeine or cleaner? (if that makes sense?).

What Im reading on the forum says it doesn't have much feeling at all just the pain relief? Id rather have the effects!

I got a order of 100mg from india.. early in the year. Didnt do much for me,tried up to 5 a day and gave up. Dont have a tolerance,pretty clean. Felt like tram to me.

Must add Soma. Some 100mgTaps come already compounded with 350mg Soma. The timing and quantity of Soma make all the difference. Bit too much and you will take a nice nap. Right amount will feel like the equianalgesic suggestion above. Experience will be comparable but of shorter duration. Tolerance will take a very long time (due to short half life) maybe never. Withdrawal and most side effects will be minimal or non existent. Main problem: very habit forming due to low cost and easy availability. Be careful with interaction to other substances. Avoid Kratom and Kava. Headache next day means you took too much.

This is one that I have always wanted to try but everytime I start reading good reviews there seems to be too many bad stories that stop me. It seems like every few months I will read back up on Taps again and get it in my mind that I am gonna try em, only to find more bad experiences! At this point I have given up. I don't think I will ever get around to giving them a shot. Who knows, stranger things have happened.

This one is a mixed bag with me, but enough to occasionally use it.

The good is, a small dose completely kills all pain. I suspect it may be the best combination of economical and powerful right now. I take Tramadol too, but as those from PR who are familiar with me know, that's really for depression, doesn't do too much on pain for me. In the last year having more serious pain issues though.

It also is a stronger one where risks of fakes seem low - BUT, some of the manufacturers in India are mixing it with Carispodol. Be careful with that, not an approved combo in any country and can be very dangerous. Also, sounds like India cracking down on it from an email I got from a source, reclassifying it and banning the manufacture of the high dose pills, but like Tramadol I'm sure some will still be made and shipped out... might raise prices though.

The bad - I didn't have most of the side effects I've read some have, but I had a few, though they came with one higher dose brand, Tapaday, and not another, Aspidol. I only tried it when source sent me samples free out of nowhere of the Aspidol. They were 100 mg so I could cut them down more precisely and seemed weaker even then than the Tapaday. Tapaday is STRONG, despite taking tram for almost two decades now, I never developed much tolerance, never had to go higher than 200 mg a day, and even that can be a bit much. Taps hit much harder, I'd put 50 mg of it on about the level of 10 mg of ***. So I have to cut the pills very small to get the dose right, enough but not too much. Then, as it wears off, if I take too much I get some anxiety attacks and rapid heartbeat for awhile.

For this or really any med, good to check Wedinos results.

I agree. 50mg tap equal just about 10mg of ***... The only problem is that tap will give you so many unwanted side effects.... It has a very dirty feeling that comes with it that's not very pleasant at all imo...

Tapentadol is way stronger that tramadol from my experience... It has that narcotic rush feeling like an 0xy has especially in doses 150mg - 200mg and over..... It just comes with strange side effects that are not pleasant like becoming borderline delusional... You can get anxious, paranoid, hallucinate....Not joking.... You start blanking out mid sentence while you're speaking and forget what you're doing out of nowhere... It's just a strange feeling altogether..... The first 30 minutes or so is the euphoric part and then it just gets progressively more dirty from there lol...

What is the difference in the brands of tapentadol 100-200 mg?I think there are 5 or more.
