THC legal in most states (cept 3) Its everwhere! Wake UP!
I live in a Bible Belt state (North Carolina) and I see head shops opening all over the place.
Lot of people don't know about Delta-8 and Delta-10 THC. its obtained from Hemp and legal
in most states due to the 2018 Farm Bill which makes everything made from Hemp Legal.
I love my Delta8 gummies. Gets me as stoned as any legal marijuana and I have had plenty.
Except its made from Hemp. If you want it L o o k A r o u n d people.
Too bad I don't like gummies, not a fan of MJ in general But just because I could, I went to the trouble of getting a medical card. My offspring do enjoy it though since they are allowed to buy it for me. But they say the state sponsored dispensaries here in the Buckeye State are outrageously expensive. i think that is pretty damn sad. Get permission because of a medical condition and then get ripped off by the state like a Mexican Cartel or Big Pharma at its worst.

Not sure what pricing is in the buckeye state, but in the land of Lincoln prices and taxes are insane. Dispensaries in this state are run just as bad as Chicago/the mob. You can’t do too much around here without being ripped off or taxed. I also have a medical card but I don’t purchase even from the local dispensaries. I have family in Michigan, it’s a wonderful state. IL residents pay 3-4 times price and our roads are still horrible, on the news all we hear about as tax revenue from marijuana sales. Our state is corrupt, where is the money? JMD-
THCa is the loophole everyone should familiarize themselves with, it's just normal weed and legal in most states / available online
My neighbor had a medical Marijuana card and would keep me supplied. Two years ago recreational marijuana was approved here, but very few dispensaries have been opened due to bureaucracy within the local government. We currently have 3 Indian nations that have opened a few dispensaries both on and off tribal land. It is projected to take until mid 2026 to have the first recreational dispensaries under state control opened.
Fortunately, it is legal to smoke, grow, and even gift (up to two ounces). You can have up to 8 plants with 4 flowering at one time. I don't garden, but I have a couple of generous friends that do.
My advice to ppl would be not to purchase MJ from medical dispensaries.... A lot of the stuff that they sell nowadays is BS....There are still good brands that put out good bud but the prices are outrageous.... Preferably you want to find some skilled growers that produce quality flower or just grow it yourself.....
I used to live in a green state. Smoking ganj never really did much for me but most has skunky terpenes now and once I opened the vial of the nug, it was like releasing a genie from a bottle, even locked inside a metal cabinet. Smoke irritated my throat and lungs. Tried a few pre roll, but it seemed like the filter prevented me from getting the effect.So I ingest the stuff, candy or tincture. The chocolate tasted good, really good, as I liked the taste of ganj in the chocolate. Effects were too much for me.I’m not in a green state now, and the vape shops don’t have much selection of edibles, so I get them online from time to time l. Most are gummies, and I don’t know why I can’t find much in the way of delta 8 chocolate. Either way, none have ganj flavor, but usually, I can handle the effects. But I’ve learned to be very selective in brands and products. Some can give a bad greenout and some can have a hard landing after coming down. I can take them or leave them, but I reach for them when I have trouble coping with my personal life and at least a week has passed before eating another one.

It is still legal in Ohio for recreational, but the price is very high So people grow their own. You are allowed to grow 6 plants or 12 per household. My son has discovered though that it is harder to grow good stuff than he thought.
The Ohio republican state representatives are running in circles trying to find a way to make it illegal again even though there was amendment to Ohio's constitution passed by a wide margin.
But even though it is legal, people are still being give random drug tests constantly for past use of MJ. No logic to that at all. For sure you do not want to get on plane with a pilot who has been drinking for hours or even smoking weed for days. But don't the tests indicate how much is in your system or when it was consumed. It does for alcohol.

I live in a state where hemp derived THC is sold in various formats. Same totally boring high from all the products.
A long drive up to Ann Arbor Michigan is worth it for me. Real pot is so cheap in that university town.
A tsunami of dispensaries. Schrooms and DMT vapes both available over the counter as well. Great place.
Here in Ohio anyone who lives even close to the Michigan border spends the extra time to drive to Ann Arbor for their supply. When it was legal in Michigan but not legal in Ohio, there used to be a line of Ohio State Troopers waiting to stop anyone who looked like they had just bought in Michigan. Now thanks to all the real people in Ohio who are not Pod People spawned by the orange manbaby, the Ohio Troopers only can wave at the Michigan buyers as they drive on by.

Most of the shops selling mushrooms also sell 410 vapes of "mimosa hostilis root bark extract" AKA DMT. I usually get pot edibles
for the sake of my lungs. I made an exception. No noticeable pulmonary consequences. Take three long hits...the third one is
the charm. Highly recommend. Plan to get several more next trip. I think it is not all
of Michigan but only AA for the psychedelics.
