2) No hate speech and or bad language of any kind is allowed, including flame wars. Please keep it friendly. This forum is to offer help to one and other.
3) No shilling (meaning fake reviews and or representatives promoting themselves) We encourage honest discussions and will remove any posts from shills.
4) No illegal activity is allowed: NO selling and or trading medications is allowed on this site, neither through the private messaging system. Please contact the Administrator and or Moderator immediately when you are approached through PM, so we can take the appropriate action.
5) You are allowed to share information under the Act of Freedom of Speech, though bare in mind mentioning illegal possession, sale, or distribution of scheduled I, II, or III substances is not allowed as this will or can be assumed to be illegal. Please try to refrain mentioning these scheduled I, II, or III substances. *Keep in mind this applies to the direct possession or methods of obtaining possession of these substances. Further, it is perfectly legal to share information or otherwise discuss all things, including these drugs/medications in a manner which does not apply to illegal activity.

6) You need to be registered in order to see all threads.
7) No spam. Anyone posting spam will have their posts deleted and depending on a case by case, will receive either an infraction or will have their account deleted.
8) No promoting by representatives of any business. Please contact the administrator if you have any questions about advertising. No links of promotion in signatures are allowed. This also means NO promoting through the private message system. Anyone who acts in this matter will be banned. Please notify the administrator or Moderator if someone PM’s you.
9) For your safety do not post your email addresses, phone numbers, or personal information anywhere on the forum. Please be extremely careful with whom you decide to reveal any personal information
10) Pictures. Do not upload pictures that are copyrighted. No pictures that are offensive or encourage illegal activity, pornography, etc is allowed.
11) Please do not double post and try to post in the relevant thread.
12) Do not ask for "a source" or “email”. Any posts asking members to disclose any sources for a certain medicine or vendor on this forum will be considered 'shilling' unless proven otherwise.
13) Only one forum account membership per person.
14) If we find a forum post inappropriate, we have the right to delete or edit that post and all replies to it. Forum moderators have the right to edit, censor, or delete any forum post or review without warning.
15) Overseaspharmacy.com is not intended as a source or is verified to give legal or medical information. We are not lawyers neither doctors. Any advice given on this website by members should be considered unprofessional. Please do not act upon information given on this website without seeking advice from a Medical Professional or attorney. Law enforcement of any branch, merit, or relation is not allowed entry and hereby disallowed registration to this private forum.
